By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) while using the Site.

2. Handcrafted Quality & Product Verification

Every piece of jewelry offered on this Site is individually handmade, cast, and finished by a single artisan. Because of the artisanal nature of our production, minor structural variations or natural surface characteristics are an inherent part of unique, hand-cast jewelry and do not constitute defects. We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your display will perfectly reflect the true characteristics of the physical product. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Limitations on Modifications, Pricing Errors, and Final Sales

Prices for our jewelry are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment card has already been charged and we cancel the order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Except in the case of a verified order cancellation executed by us, all sales completed on this Site are strictly final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

4. Account Information, Billing Accuracy, and No Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted at our store. If you begin a checkout sequence and enter your email but do not finish, our system may send an automated abandoned cart notification. Once an order is completed and payment is processed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this Site, including but not limited to jewelry designs, physical casting molds, custom sketches, images, photographs, logos, product names, text, and digital graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Alexa Heming Jewellery. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material or design on this Site is strictly prohibited.

6. Fraud Prevention, Image Authentication, and Chargebacks

We take fraudulent claims seriously. Because every piece is individually handcrafted, inspected, and documented before shipment, items do not leave our studio with structural flaws. Any attempt to submit falsified digital evidence—including but not limited to AI-generated images, digitally manipulated or edited photographs, or images copied from third-party sources—to claim a product issue constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to report suspected digital fraud to the customer’s financial institution, payment processors, and relevant law enforcement authorities. Submission of manipulated imagery immediately invalidates any claim for repair or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alexa Heming Jewellery, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of the website or from any products procured through the Site. This includes issues beyond our control, such as shipping delays or package damage caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or customs processing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
